Human Rights Campaign

As the largest civil rights organization working to achieve equality for lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender Americans, the Human Rights Campaign (HRC) represents a force of more than one million members and supporters nationwide — all committed to making HRC’s vision a reality.

James Decker came to Washington DC in 1999 to join HRC’s design team, and would later become Design Director from 2002-2005. READ MORE

Project on Government Oversight

The Project On Government Oversight (POGO) is a nonpartisan independent watchdog that champions good government reforms and exposes corruption.  Famous for exposing the $35,000 gold-plated Pentagon toilet seat, they’ve certainly got their work cut out for them.  Less government and less regulation is far more costly to the taxpayer. Think Damnit Creative helped make this case with illustrations that communicate information quickly and clearly.

YWCA

Founded in 1905, the YWCA is a women-and family-focused membership movement nourished by its rich history and strong roots in the Washington metropolitan community. Its mission is to eliminate racism and empower women and their families with career education and training, health and wellness, and child and youth development programs that foster independence, economic stability, and overall well being. Cherry Fund

The Cherry Fund is an independent, all-volunteer organization which raises funds for the HIV/AIDS service community with an exciting annual weekend dance event.  Cherry has been throwing spectacular events since 1999, attracting a national following showcasing top DJ talent.

James Decker joined the party in 2007, providing a steady stream of eye-catching graphics.  In 2010 he joined the Board and is currently Co-Chair, providing creative direction and organizational development.  READ MORE

Fannie Mae

Fannie Mae serves the housing market by providing a steady source of liquidity to lenders, replenishing funds to enable further lending.  As a large and complex institution, its internal communications team was in high demand.
